Biography[]

Scream Again[]

Chamberlain is first seen when an announcement over the loudspeaker instructs him to go to room 314 with his magic cart. He walks in when Zayday is examining Catherine Hobart and introduces himself as the candy striper of C.U.R.E Institute Hospital. He tells Catherine that he heard she needs some cheering up and offers her sweets and other delicious delights. Brock gets angry at him for barging into the room during a patient examination, but Chamberlain clarifies that his job allows him to do so. He then takes a set of razors from his magic cart and jokingly refers to Catherine as "Hairy Mary". As a result, Catherine gets upset and embarrassed and momentarily considers leaving the hospital. After Zayday convinces her otherwise, she hands her lollipop back to Chamberlain, as she is unable to eat it because it will get stuck in her hair. Zayday then tells Chamberlain that he can leave.

Warts and All[]

Chamberlain is seen at the crime scene of Catherine's murder and tells a detective he did in fact hear Catherine and Chanel #5 screaming but by the time he got into the room only Chanel #5 was there, until Dean Munsch walked in.

Zayday comes up to Chamberlain and the two talk about Dean Munsch and her motive on why all of a sudden she decides to run a hospital that can only cure a handful of people with very obscure diseases. Chamberlain tells Zayday he thinks she's got a theory. He asks Zayday if she thinks Dean Munsch was in on the murder of Catherine and Zayday replies with she has to be because it would only make sense given the events that happened prior to Catherine's murder and after. Chamberlain then agrees to help Zayday figure out exactly what it is Dean Munsch is after.

During Chamberlain and Zayday's investigation, Zayday can find no information about the C.U.R.E Institute Hospital's past except for when it first opened and not when Dean Munsch bought the hospital so Chamberlain tells her they must go to their local library to further their investigation. Zayday insists they go then but Chamberlain tells her he brought the library to Zayday. The two go downstairs to the archive room as they need a special type of machine to look at what Chamberlain brought. They read about the massacre that took place at a Halloween party at the hospital on Halloween night of 1986. Chamberlain along with Zayday later run into Ingrid and he asks Ingrid if she's feeling okay and she replies with she'll be feeling great in fifteen minutes.

Chamberlain and Zayday both burst into Dean Munsch's office to interrogate her with questions. Both Chamberlain and Zayday sit and listen to what Dean Munsch has to say after pleading with them to do so. Chamberlain listens as Dean Munsch reveals the real reason she decided to run C.U.R.E. was not because she cares about the American healthcare system, but to save her own life and figure out what disease she has. Chamberlain attempts to make Dean Munsch feel better about her current situation by saying she has lived a long, productive life, which only made her feel worse.

As Chamberlain and Zayday struggle to figure out what’s wrong with Dean Munsch, Chamberlain tells her he’s hungry and is having trouble concentrating. Chamberlain says he knows a good Chinese spot to go to, to which Zayday says that place is not a good choice because the last time she eat there she got sick. Chamberlain then asks Zayday if she likes Ethiopian food because there’s one restaurant close by and in that moment she finally figures out what’s wrong with Dean Munsch.

Chamberlain and Zayday are seen back in Dean Munsch’s office and tell her she has Kuru, which is a disease that cannibals get after consuming other humans. Chamberlain along with Zayday agree to keep the fact that Dean Munsch now has less than a year to live a secret.

Handidates[]

Chamberlain is seen in Sheila Baumgartner's room trying to cheer her up with the items in his cart, as she is obviously agitated, as Chanel #3 and Dr. Cassidy Cascade watch from her room window and talk about her condition.

Chamberlain, along with Zayday, are then seen walking with a discharged and cured Sheila down the hallway of the hospital, as he hands Sheila her official C.U.R.E discharge balloon. Not long after, Chamberlain and Zayday both watch in horror as Sheila's decapitated head flies past them and onto Chamberlain's cart, courtesy of a scythe thrown by the Green Meanie. Chamberlain is then attacked and has his chest slashed by the Green Meanie, but survives the attack. He's confused and asks Zayday why the Green Meanie didn't attack her as well.

Seemingly treated of his wounds, Chamberlain is seen attending Chanel's wedding, but watches in horror as Chad's dead body falls from the ceiling of the wedding altar.

Halloween Blues[]

After Chad's death, Chamberlain, Cassidy, Zayday, Denise, Cathy, Brock, and the rest of the Chanels rush over to Chanel at the hospital's morgue to comfort her, while she is crying over Chad's body. Chamberlain is seen standing with an IV pole, most likely as a result of his attack, as he listens to Chanel rant about her current state of distress. Denise then kicks the rest of the group out of the room to have a moment alone with Chad.

Later on, Chamberlain attends the Halloween party at C.U.R.E dressed as Mario, and is shown dancing with the rest of the staff around the nurse's station. Hester then appears dressed as Ivanka Trump, and everyone at the party becomes suspicious, as they are unaware it is Hester wearing the costume. Just then, a wave of hospital patients appear in critical condition, and the staff rush to help them. Dr. Brock shouts to Chamberlain to help the man in the Chewbacca costume, and Chamberlain goes over to assist him.

Dr. Cassidy, Zayday, and Chamberlain then discover that the patients were spiked with DMT (dimethyltryptamine) when the water for bobbing apples was drugged by the Green Meanie. Chamberlain asks Zayday what DMT is, and she explains to him that it's an active ingredient in hallucinogenic drugs.

Chanel Pour Homme-Icide[]

After the Halloween massacre at C.U.R.E., Zayday is convinced that Chamberlain is the killer, or at least the son of Bill Hollis. She confronts Cathy about the situation, to which Cathy responds that she has no idea who Chamberlain is and that she never even hired a candy striper for the hospital, which makes Zayday even more suspicious of Chamberlain.

After sifting through a file from the police department, Zayday finds a file on Jane Hollis, so she and Chanel #5 go to Jane's house to investigate the identity of her child. When Zayday realized Jane was a light skinned woman, she was convinced Chamberlain wasn't the son, but when #5 came across a picture of Jane and Bill together, Zayday realized that Chamberlain could well have been the child since the skin of the father was a darker tone.

Convinced that Chamberlain was the killer, Zayday questions him in his candy striper closet. He says that the only reason he slipped into the hospital unhired was because he genuinely enjoyed making people happy. He also said, when prompted, that he only chose this hospital because it was close to the house he lived in. Zayday was not completely convinced by this narration, but let off her guard with him. Before Zayday left, he explained that life isn't only about making money, but also about making other people happy and told Zayday that if she had a problem with his benevolent behaviors, she could leave. She did.

Blood Drive[]

Chamberlain attends the meeting called by Nurse Hoffel to announce the Blood Drive Contest, where he silently stands next to Zayday. Later, he confronts Zayday about how she really shouldn't be suspicious of him. He states that he discovered that Bill Hollis' blood type was O-positive. But, unfortunately, Zayday still finds him suspicious and leaves after apologizing.

While he was packing various STD blood samples of Chanel Oberlin to take to the swamp, Hester walks in on him to ask for blood. He says that the blood has been tested positive for numerous STDs, but it is clear Hester doesn't care and ends up taking them anyway to feed to her patient, Brandon Szathmary.

The next time Zayday meets him, he has good news for her. He found Jane Hollis' blood type when he was wheeling his candy striper cart down her street and offered her a pie. She enjoyed the pie for a while, then asked him what kind it was. He told her it was a "worm pie". Jane gagged up what she was eating and left in disgust. He tells Zayday this story before declaring that Jane's blood type was also O-positive. Zayday, immensely grateful, hugs Chamberlain and tells him that she no longer suspects him. They then find out who else in the hospital has blood type O-positive. Discovering that it is Dr. Brock Holt that has the only O-positive blood, they take him to Cathy Munsch's office to accuse him. But, his blood type label was revealed earlier to have been switched by Dr. Cassidy Cascade so that the Green Meanie could throw scent off of him.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel[]

When Zayday posts her "What's the Gag" video in the hospital, Chamberlain is the first to comment. And when she posts a picture of herself and a patient, he is the first to like. The next time she tweets something he's the first one to agree with her tweet. Zayday, clearly annoyed that he was trying so hard texts him that they need to talk.

In a park by the hospital, Zayday tells Chamberlain that it is very unattractive when a guy tries too hard to get a girl's attention. He says that he understands but moves on the the subject of the Green Meanie. He says that if they could track the Green Meanie costume to a tailor, they may be able to figure out the identity of the killer. Zayday agrees by saying that they would have to get a sample of the cloth first and use the piece of green cloth as evidence to press the tailor into giving information. Chamberlain says that it would be too complicated but eventually agrees.

To get a piece of Green Meanie cloth, Zayday sets a trap in the sauna where Catherine Hobart was killed. When the Green Meanie arrives, she zaps the killer with a stun gun and calls for Chamberlain who was waiting outside. He arrives promptly and attacks the Green Meanie. But, when the Green Meanie shoves him into a water bath and Zayday under a shelf, he manages to escape without being unmasked. Fortunately, Zayday is able to collect a small piece of cloth.

Later, Chamberlain employs the assistance of The Chanels to help him stop annoying Zayday with his non-stop texts and likes. Chanel #3 says that she'd never date a guy who texts her so much, while Chanel #5 says otherwise. Chanel agrees to help him. She takes his phone from him and blocks Zayday's number so that he can only text her once every few hours and her messages won't pop up on his phone so he won't be tempted to text back. He thanks the Chanels and leaves.

Meanwhile, Zayday is at Clark's tailor shop and he lets it slip that Jane Hollis may be the killer. She immediately texts Chamberlain that Jane may be the killer and asks him to come to her house. When there is no response, due to Chanel blocking Zayday's number on Chamberlain's phone, she groans that when she said to lay off a little she didn't mean completely. She later gets drugged and kidnapped by Jane after drinking a poisoned cup of tea.

Late at night, when Chamberlain is doing his rounds in the basement of the hospital, he spots the hairball of Wes Gardner, who had recently checked in to the hospital to get the hairball removed, laying on the ground in a Ziploc bag. Before he disposes of it in the swamp, he decides to sift through it, finding a piece of Green Meanie cloth stuck in the hair.

He immediately goes to confront Wes at his apartment and explains his suspicious findings, to which Wes confesses to the murders and explains that he is using the Green Meanie identity to get revenge on the Chanels after his daughter Grace Gardner went insane following her traumatic experience at Kappa Kappa Tau. Wes then begins to walk up on Chamberlain, explaining that he faked his Trichotillomania to get closer to the Chanels, and Chamberlain starts backing away slowly. Wes explains that after having revealed all of this precious information to Chamberlain, he can't allow him to leave, but then laughs it off and pretends he's joking. Chamberlain laughs along, and Wes asks for a hug, to which Chamberlain agrees. However, as Chamberlain goes in for the hug, Wes aggressively stabs him in the sternum with a kitchen knife. He collapses to the ground before Wes rips the knife from his body, allowing him to bleed to death. Wes then picks up Chamberlain's phone and listens to the voicemail left by Zayday in which she explains that Jane Hollis is the mother of the killer.

Lovin the D[]

Hester decides to call a Green Meanie summit, inviting Ingrid, Cassidy, and Wes to come together to discuss the past and future plans for murder. To get everyone on the same page, Hester plans a game called "Who Killed Who?" and reveals a board filled with pictures of each of the various murder victims. Wes then proudly takes credit for Chamberlain's murder, referring to him as "the chubby guy."

Death[]

After Chamberlain finds a shred of Green Meanie cloth in the hairball removed from Wes' stomach, he goes to Wes' apartment to confront him about his findings. As Wes reveals that he began using the Green Meanie identity to plan his revenge on the Chanels and those responsible for his daughter Grace's insanity, he starts inching closer to Chamberlain, who starts to back away from Wes. Wes confesses that he will have to kill Chamberlain to prevent him from revealing all of his secrets, but quickly pretends he's joking and goes to hug Chamberlain. However, as soon as the two embrace, Wes stabs Chamberlain in the sternum with a kitchen knife. Chamberlain then falls to the ground as Wes rips the knife out, causing Chamberlain to bleed out from his fatal injuries.
