They are seen both together friendly to each other when she is ghosting the Catherine Hobart examination. Later on in the episode Chanel #3 is looking at a patient room while Cassidy approaches, she tells him how she loves to think about all the people who died in the room, how every hope and emotional trauma they ever felt just disappeared into irrelevance the second their hearts stopped beating. Cassidy then replies with do you want to go on a date where Chanel #3 says yes.

After Dean Munsch is attacked by the Green Meanie, she is about to unmask the killer until Chanel #3 and Cassidy suddenly walk in after hearing the commotion. Dean Munsch tells them to call the police but quickly changes her mind because she says the police are idiots. She looks back and realizes the Green Meanie has escaped and yells at both Chanel #3 and Cassidy.
