Justice Anthony Kennedy is seen in Drain the Swamp when Brock and Dean Munsch have their wedding. Chanel #3 and Cassidy express confusion when they see he's there, as he's a justice and should be working. Kennedy then officiates Cathy and Brock's wedding, and is never seen in the episode or season again.
