She is portrayed by Laura Bell Bundy.

Scream Again

Nurse Thomas is introduced in the opening scene at Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering hospital's 1985 Halloween party. While

dancing with her fellow colleagues, Nurse Thomas is disrupted by Jane, the wife of Bill: a patient with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). Nurse Thomas is forced to leave the party to check on Bill and, along the way, meets up with Dr. Mike. Dr. Mike informs Jane that Bill's lungs need to be drained, but is hesitant to perform the procedure as he and Nurse Thomas would rather re-join the Halloween party; however, when Jane threatens to make sure they both lose their medical licenses and shut the hospital down, Dr. Mike agrees to performing the procedure. After Jane leaves to wait in the waiting room, Dr. Mike then gives Bill a sedative, all while Nurse Thomas stands there eating Cheetos.

Nurse Thomas eases the tension with her Cheetos.

Nurse Thomas becomes upset that she is missing the party for this operation, but Dr. Mike assures her that they will not be missing the party.

Nurse Thomas finds the swamp unnerving.

Nurse Thomas is then shown helping Dr. Mike move Bill outside, where they dump his body in the rancid swamp behind the hospital. Nurse Thomas seems hesitant to dump the body, explaining to Dr. Mike that she grew up in the area and heard stories from other kids about a monster that lived by the swamp: the Green Meanie. Dr. Mike points out that it is the swamp that is the real monster, as if you were to leave a body in it, between the bugs and the bacteria, it would disappear in a matter of days. He also confesses that Bill would die in an hour regardless, as he lied to Jane about the procedure. In order to protect themselves, Nurse Thomas suggests Dr. Mike also throw his distinctive Halloween costume into the swamp in case anyone saw them and could recognize them. The pair are then seen laughing and skipping back to the party, leaving Bill there to die.

Warts and All

Sometime after Bill's death, Nurse Thomas and Dr. Mike begin a relationship, and decide to wear a couples costume - NASA's Voyager II Spacecraft (Dr. Mike) and the planet Uranus (Nurse Thomas) - to the 1986 staff Halloween party. They arrive at the party feeling excited and as they dance out of the elevator towards the party, some other staff members ask about their costumes. Dr. Mike explains to them that on January 24th the Voyager II made its first encounter with Uranus, and Nurse Thomas then adds that they later plan on 'recreating the encounter on Earth'. The other staff members invite the pair to do cocaine with them, but Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas decline.

Later on at the party, Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas are making out in an empty hallway, when suddenly Nurse Thomas notices the Green Meanie watching them. Upon recognizing the costume, Nurse Thomas swears to Dr. Mike that she didn't tell anyone about the night they dumped Bill into the swamp. Dr. Mike, not expecting him to be a serial killer, then moves forward to confront the Green Meanie, who stabs Dr. Mike in the stomach. Nurse Thomas then runs as fast as she can back towards the party to get help, but before she gets there the Green Meanie throws a machete at her. The machete quickly travels through the air and into Nurse Thomas' back, and she collapses to the floor, dead.

Upon his arrival several months before the Halloween Massacre, Nurse Thomas quickly became close friends with Lynn Johnstone. One night before the massacre, she confided in Lynn that she was freaking out about Halloween. She reveals to him how it reminded her of the previous year, when she and Dr. Mike allowed Bill to die before throwing his body in the swamp.

Chanel Pour Homme-Icide

After looking through a file from the police department, Zayday discovers a missing persons report filed by Jane on November 2, 1985 for her husband Bill, exactly 48 hours after his body was dumped by Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas. Zayday suggests that Jane might know some crucial information, so she and Libby then decide to visit her at the address listed on the file. When the girls arrive, Zayday asks Jane what she thinks happened to her husband, and she reveals her belief that Bill indeed died that night, and that she knows Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas faked the paperwork releasing Bill from the hospital and tossed his body into the swamp to cover their tracks. Libby then proposes that Jane was actually the one to murder her husband, and that she planned to get rid of the body by bringing it to the ER and leaving it for Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas to dispose of it for her, to which Jane gets defensive and insists she wasn't the one to kill Bill.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel

As Jane recalls the events of 1985, she reveals that after Bill's murder, she immediately contacted the police and explained that Bill wouldn't have checked himself out of the hospital. However, the cops would not believe her, as Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas had forged the release paperwork, and the police had no evidence that they were responsible for Bill going missing. Since they refused to convict anyone of the crimes, Jane decided to take matters into her own hands. She had a Green Meanie costume made to look like that of Dr. Mike's on the night of Bill's murder, and recruited her brother to exact revenge on the hospital on the one year anniversary of Bill's death, killing every member of the staff, including Nurse Thomas.

Despite being a nurse, Nurse Thomas is quite a selfish and unsympathetic person. She happily ignored her pager in favor of dancing at the staff Halloween party, acting unkind when Jane disrupted the party asking for her help - and even opted to eat cheetos instead of assisting Dr. Mike's diagnosis of Bill. Nurse Thomas also has a scared side, as when she was younger, kids told her stories of a monster called the Green Meanie who lived in the swamp behind the same hospital she would grow up to work in.

Nurse Thomas has long blonde hair and blue eyes. In 1985, she wore a short black wig with a long black dress to the Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering staff Halloween party. In 1986 she was dressed as the planet Uranus, in a couples costume with Dr. Mike, to the staff Halloween party.

During a Halloween party at Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering in 1986, Dr. Mike and Nurse Thomas are seen passionately making out in an empty hallway, when suddenly Nurse Thomas notices the Green Meanie coming towards them. They immediately recognize the mask, and Nurse Thomas begins to panic, claiming that she never told anyone about what happened to Bill a year prior. Dr. Mike then confronts the Green Meanie, demanding to know who he is and what he wants, but instead is met with a machete to the stomach. As Dr. Mike collapses dead to the floor, Nurse Thomas screams in horror and tries to run back to the party as fast as she can in order to find help. However, she doesn't get very far before the Green Meanie throws his machete at her, striking her in the back and immediately killing her.
