Sheila Baumgartner is a minor character on Season Two of Scream Queens. She was a patient at C.U.R.E, diagnosed with Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder, characterized by having spontaneous and uncontrollable orgasms. After being cured, she was decapitated by the Green Meanie.

Sheila is revealed to have Persistant Genital Arousal Disorder, causing her to have spontaneous and uncontrollable orgasms. She later has a fight with Chamberlain after taking antidepressants, who pushes her head against the window. Sadie Swenson and Dr. Cassidy Cascade become closer as they figure out why Sheila has developed this ailment. Cascade later explains that Sheila popped her hips out of place while doing a yoga pose. Together, Sadie, and Cassidy find a way to pop her hip back into place and cure her. Sheila is later seen telling Chamberlain and Zayday Williams that she is grateful and plans to put the hospital on the map. Her smile slowly disappears when she spots the Green Meanie killer, who throws a hand scythe toward her, cutting swiftly through her throat, decapitating and killing her. Her head lands on Chamberlain's cart nearby.
Later, when Zayday and Special Agent Denise Hemphill transport Hester Ulrich to the hospital, Zayday mentions that the Green Meanie chopped the "orgasm lady's" head off.
Lovin the D[]
Hester decides to call a Green Meanie summit, inviting Ingrid, Cassidy, and Wes to come together to discuss the past and future plans for murder. To get everyone on the same page, Hester plans a game called "Who Killed Who?" and reveals a board filled with pictures of each of the various murder victims. Hester then points to a picture of Sheila, to which Wes takes credit for her murder, explaining that he was extremely angry at the time, after having just visited Grace at the asylum.

After Sheila is cured, Zayday and Chamberlain escort her out of the hospital, and Chamberlain gives her a balloon. Sheila tells them that she has notified the authorities about her wonderful treatment at C.U.R.E. However, before she can leave, the Green Meanie appears and throws a scythe right through her throat, decapitating Sheila. Her head lands on Chamberlain's cart, after spraying blood all over the walls.
